Travel Checklist
Have potty trainer, will travel!
Here’s what to pack for a road trip with a potty trainer.
Potty Chair or Seat It may seem like a hassle, but bringing your child’s potty seat along makes having to go in a strange place easier and more comfortable for your child.
Reward Stickers and Snacks Be sure to stash away simple rewards like small toys, snacks and stickers for accomplishments on the road. If you forget to pack them, there’s always praise, high-fives and hugs – no extra room required!
Books and Tapes Playing or singing potty training songs in the car is a great way to keep training habits top of mind and a fun way to pass time on a long drive.
Disposable Training Pants Be consistent even when routines are disrupted. Be sure to keep plenty of Big Kid® pants on hand so you don’t have to resort to diapers.
HUGGIES™ CleanTeam™ Flushable Moist Wipes with Pop-Up® Tub can be a lifesaver for sticky fingers and faces when you’re away from home. Plus they help keep up good cleaning habits on the go.
Also include on overnight trips:
At-Home Favorites Your child’s favorite bath toy, blanket and stuffed toy help make strange places more familiar.
Other Familiar Items Pack your child’s toothbrush and other familiar bathroom and toilet training items.
