The Pull-Ups* Big Kid App is a mobile tool designed to help make the potty training experience a better one for Mom and child. The app contains a wealth of content to enhance the training experience- from the 3D celebration with Rapunzel and Mickey, to games to reward your child for potty training success, to a Disney-themed Potty Timer and Character Calls to remind your child when it’s time to take a Potty Break. What is the Pull-Ups* Big Kid 3D Celebration?
The Pull-Ups* Big Kid 3D Celebration is an interactive 3D experience featuring Disney characters such as Rapunzel and Mickey, These characters will come to life in 3D via augmented reality technology when you scan our marker found in and on packs of Pull-Ups® training pants.
Do I need to purchase Pull-Ups® products to use the app?
There is no need to purchase Pull-Ups® products to use the app. However, to trigger the full 3D celebration, you will need a special marker that is found only in packs of Pull-Ups® training pants. Keep the marker in your bathroom to instantly reward your child with an interactive 3D experience!
I found a Pull-Ups® marker/sticker in my pack of Pull-Ups® training pants- what does it do?
The Pull-Ups® marker found in packs of Pull-Ups® training pants will launch our interactive Pull-Ups* Big Kid 3D celebration. Keep the marker in your bathroom and remember to update the app software if you downloaded the app before January to be able to instantly reward your child with an interactive 3D experience.
How should I use the app when potty training?
Rewards for your child- simple games such as Match with Cinderella and Woody’s Roundup are meant to be rewards for your child for successful potty trips. There are also fun videos and songs to motivate your child along the way and Disney themed photo frames that you can take your child’s picture with
Potty Break Reminders- Mom can set up a Disney themed character call to remind her child when it is time to take a potty break. In addition, there is a countdown timer featuring Minnie and McQueen that mom can set to remind her child to take a potty break

How can I get the Pull-Ups* Big Kid App?
The app is available for both Android and iOS devices. You can download the app for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores.

What languages is the Pull-Ups* Big Kid App available in and how do I change my language settings?
The app is available in English, French, and Spanish. When you first access the app, you will be asked to select your language preferences. After you choose the settings, you can edit your language selections at any time by selecting “edit profile” in the profile section of the app.
Do I need a WIFI or data connection to use the Pull-Ups* Big Kid App?
A WIFI or data connection is required to use some parts of the app- including viewing videos and songs, scheduling a character call, and clicking on links contained in the Community section (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Pull-Ups.com). All other parts of the app will work without a data or WIFI connection.
How will I know if my potty timer has gone off if I am not in the Pull-Ups* Big Kid App?
You will get a notification alert with the message "It’s time for a Potty Break" when the timer has gone off – even if you are no longer in the app.
Why didn’t I hear a sound or see a notification message on my phone when my potty timer went off?
If you didn’t hear a sound or see a notification go off when the potty timer went off, check your phone’s notification settings to be sure you have enabled notifications.
Do I need a data connection for the Character Calls to work?
Yes, you will need a data connection to schedule the call and a working phone number to receive the call.
