Jen Singer is the creator of MommaSaid.net, a Forbes Best of the Web community for mothers. She is the author of You're a Good Mom (and Your Kids Aren't So Bad Either) (Sourcebooks, April 2008), and the creator of Please Take My Children to Work Day, a holiday for at-home moms held annually in June that has been declared by governors in twelve states to date. Dave Hagler

Dave Hagler is the father of three boys ages 5, 4 and 2 (he’s already successfully potty-trained two of them and is about ready to get started with the third). Hagler enjoys sharing his parenting anecdotes and stories through his blog SuburbanDaddy.com – he’s even chronicled his experiences potty training his sons. Dave is also the creator of Kidburst.com, a local Web site in Washington, DC to help parents find activities and places to go with their kids. The Hagler family lives in the suburbs of Washington, DC and when Dave’s not blogging or potty training, he works as a technical manager at a digital media company.

Jennifer Shu, M.D., FAAP is currently in private practice at Children’s Medical Group, P.C. in Atlanta, GA. Her professional experiences have included serving as an instructor of pediatrics and director of the newborn nursery at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth. Dr. Shu is co-author of Heading Home with Your Newborn: From Birth to Reality and Food Fights: Winning the Nutritional Challenges of Parenthood Armed with Insight, Humor and a Bottle of Ketchup, editor of Baby & Child Health: The Essential Guide from Birth to 11 Years and a member of the Parents magazine advisory board.
