Rated 5 out of 5 by great pull-up's for special needs child great pull-up's for special needs child. my special needs child ELIE is 5 years old and in diapers 24/7 due to his health problems. and I found that the HUGGIES pull-up's size 4t5t works great. just #1 thing it would be a very big help if you made a size 5t6t. 65-75lbs he will need that one size up soon. right now he is 55lbs. he wears HUGGIES pull-up's during the day. and HUGGIES slip-on diapers size 6 at night those work fine. just one thing when I go to put his diaper on the front of the diaper split apart. not the velcro part. that they need to fix. also I think a size 7 in the HUGGIES slip-on diapers would be a very big help too thank you. Rated 4 out of 5 by Wish these went even larger for my special needs son We've been faithful Huggies buyers since our first child (1996), and we've been buying Pull-Ups for our special needs son for a very long time. He's trying hard to toilet train, but he really can't sense the need to go many times, and we rely on the training pants to help him feel confident and comfortable throughout the day. He's attached to the fun designs (he's 10 now, but really not developmentally that old), and we're in a gap in size between kids' and everything else on the American market. He's been in the 4T-5T for years, and they've been fitting snug but okay until the most recent box. The previous box fit fine, but we opened this box and it's suddenly like a size too small (almost like it's mismarked -- we checked the individual items inside, but they say 4T-5T just like the box). We'll figure out how to make it work to get through this large case as best as we can (cut the sides off one pair to put them on another or something), and then we'll mourn the passing of the years we spent in Pull-Ups. It's been our favorite product for diapering and toilet training, through four kids actually. July 21, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Larger sizes - great idea! Why make day time Pull-Ups in a larger size - 4T-5T - and not make night time Pull-Ups in this same larger size? If the child (sized 4T-5T) still is not toilet trained for daytime, don't you think that he still has wetting issues at night? I'd love to write a review for 4T-5T night time Pull-Ups! June 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wish you would contiue to larger size I have a daughter who is developmentally delayed and is not consistent with her toilet using. I have used pull ups for the last three years and she has gone for using 2T to 5T. She used the toilet almost independently because of the freedom the pull up allowed her. I only wish you continued to larger sizes because I now have to use adult size diapers and she has reverted to using the toilet less freely and many days it's like starting over again. You have a great product on hand maybe consider marketing for special needs we could certainly use the product December 31, 2013
